Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Emergency calls are answered 24 hours a day. Call (313) 789-5200 to discuss your situation and service availability; answering a call does not guarantee an immediate technician visit.
Are estimates free? Is there a diagnostic charge?
All estimates are free. Diagnostic visits carry a charge. An estimate discusses proposed work and its price; a diagnostic visit investigates what is wrong with your equipment. Contact us to ask which type of visit you need and what diagnostic charge applies.
What does your satisfaction guarantee cover?
Our satisfaction guarantee covers all service, installation, and labor. All Weather will work until it's right. If something about our work isn't right, contact us so we can address it.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us at (313) 789-5200 or use the online scheduling form on this site. For emergencies, calling is always fastest.
What brands of equipment do you work on?
We repair and maintain all major furnace, air conditioner, mini-split, boiler, and water heater brands - whatever is already installed in your home.
Do you give pricing up front?
Yes. We quote the price before work begins and stick to it - no surprise line items on your invoice.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured, holding Michigan HVAC license #7114777 and boiler license #3106299. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request for property managers and vendor onboarding.

All Weather Comfort Solutions has been serving Southeastern Michigan homeowners and property teams since 2014.
Do you serve apartments and multi-family properties?
Yes. We work with property managers, landlords, apartment communities, and condo/HOA boards - including licensed boiler and rooftop-system work, tenant turnarounds, and consolidated invoicing across properties.

Can you help me claim rebates and tax credits?
Yes. High-efficiency systems, heat pumps, and insulation can qualify for Michigan programs, DTE and Consumers Energy rebates, and the federal 25C tax credit. We document the work and help you file the paperwork.
